TERMS OF SERVICE

OVERVIEW

Jukez is a digital song request and tip platform. Guests submit song requests and optional tips to DJs at live events. Tips are authorized at submission and only captured upon DJ approval. No play, no charge.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 or older to use Jukez.

PAYMENTS

Your card is authorized when you submit a request. It is only charged when the DJ approves. If declined, your authorization releases immediately and you are never charged. By submitting a tipped request, you expressly authorize the hold and agree your card will be charged the tip amount upon DJ approval. Tips are non-refundable once the DJ has approved the request, regardless of whether or when the song is played, as the tip represents gratuity for the DJ's discretionary acceptance of your request. All payments processed by Stripe. All amounts in US dollars.

A tip submitted through Jukez does not guarantee acceptance or performance of any song request. DJs retain full creative discretion over all requests. Tips are only charged upon DJ approval and are non-refundable once approved.

Jukez does not take a percentage of tips. All tips go directly to the DJ minus Stripe processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction).

SUBSCRIPTIONS

DJ accounts on Jukez Pro are billed at $20/month. First 30 days free, card required. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. Cancel anytime from your account. All purchases non-refundable.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Contact support@jukez.ai first. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes go to binding arbitration in Middlesex, New Jersey under New Jersey law. Class action lawsuits are waived.

LIABILITY

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 6 months.

MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT

Jukez does not host, stream, reproduce, or distribute any music or copyrighted content. All music licensing is the sole responsibility of the performing DJ and venue. Tips represent gratuity for DJ services only — not payment for any musical composition or recording.

ACT OF GOOD FAITH

When a DJ approves a song request on Jukez, they make a binding commitment to play that song at the event.

The DJ has full creative control over when and where in their set the song is played. Timing, placement, and transitions are entirely at the DJ's discretion.

The commitment is simple: If you approve it — you play it.

Tips are non-refundable once a request has been approved.

Guests who believe an approved song was not played at their event may contact support@jukez.ai within 24 hours. Jukez will review each case individually and reserves the right to issue refunds and suspend DJ accounts for violations of this commitment.

TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, chargeback abuse, or violations of these terms.
